Unitea and Coffee at 640 West Rents Exclusive Event Space after 6pm Mon – Friday and After 5pm on Saturdays.
Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch Meetings, and Gatherings can be arranged during 9am – 5pm Monday through Saturday During Cafe Open Hours.
Over 10 People will be designated to the Catering Department. Please Fill out the Events Form (button below) so that we are able to find what your specific needs are to be accommodated.

1 hr is allotted for 30 min set up and 30 min breakdown

***Please note your valet company MUST be bonded and insured and UTC @ 640 West will assume NO Liability or Incur ANY Loss for damaged or stolen property. This is the sole responsibility of the Valet company****
Dates ARE secured when the deposit have been paid. The remaining balance is due BEFORE the event takes place.
A full refund is given in the event of a cancellation forty-five (45) days prior to the event. Any cancellation exceeding the forty-five (45) day window will result in the loss of the full deposit.
You will be charged the rate of 41.00 per hour for any time over the contracted amount of time.
